“It started with a map”
The story of a World War 2 Advanced Landing Ground near Bognor Regis, which lay hidden until 2004, when research was carried out for this publication. It contains local information, details of the Norwegians who operated from the ALG and all the other Squadrons who flew from the site. A list was made of all the pilots who flew for D Day and a list of aircraft. Many pictures of the men who operated on the site, many from a Norwegian Publication. Maps and plans of the airfield also enclosed.
